Design Draftsman/Drafter

Design Draftsman: Graduate of an accredited technical school for design and drafting. Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing environment. Must be proficient with AutoCAD Inventor or other comparable 3D modeling software. Experience in product design and detailing required. “Hands on” mechanical abilities desirable.
Drafter: Must be proficient with AutoCad Inventor or other comparable 3D modeling software. Must be a detail oriented individual. Knowledge of machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly practices helpful.

Production Positions
Lead Coating & Molding Technician
Responsible for all stages of vinyl plastisol coating and molding jobs from equipment setup to actual process of coated/molded part to ensuring established production rate is met. Position requires solid basic math skills with decimals and fractions, strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work well both independently and with other production team members while giving and taking direction. Ability to read prints, some QC experience or previous plastics processing experience a plus.
Assistant Coating & Molding Technician
Position is responsible for assisting Lead Technician with setup and part or mold preparation. Unpacking incoming parts, racking and un-racking parts to be coated, QC inspection and packaging of completed parts are typical duties. Ability to work well with production team members, both giving and taking direction, is important. Solid basic math skills and attention to detail are important. Some experience with QC and/or reading prints as well as plastics processing experience a plus.
Open Cast Molding Technician
Manual dexterity with steady, fine hand control is required for these positions where multi-colored, detailed logos and graphic images are molded into products such as bar rail mats, mud flaps, point-of-purchase mats, custom signs, gaming mats, and floor mats. Strong spirit of cooperation and teamwork is essential in this team-based plastics production position.
